Commercial exterior cleaning, built for portfolios.

Office, retail, warehouse, industrial, medical and mixed-use. One mobilization covers the full envelope — roof to grade — and every job closes with a written service report.

Most exterior vendors make you choose: a drone company for the high surfaces, or a pressure-washing company for the ground. WashGrid mobilizes both together. The pilot-supervised aerial system works the roof, upper façade and glass while the ground crew works entries, walkways and hardscape — one scheduled window, one invoice, one closeout package.

Commercial work is priced by assessment, not by instant quote. Access, surface condition, occupancy and safety change what a job actually takes, and a fixed price set before anyone looks at the property either gets repriced on site or cuts corners. We review your property from existing aerial imagery, walk the site, and put a written property-specific scope in front of you.

For multi-location portfolios, service runs on a consolidated calendar with per-property closeout reports, PO and invoice workflow, and a named account contact. The maintenance record is continuous — which is exactly what a budget review or reserve plan needs.

Every job closes with

Before-and-after evidence by asset, a written service report, and the next service date on your maintenance calendar. The documentation is the deliverable.

Before & after

First impressions are a leasing metric.

Façade condition is the first thing a prospective tenant, lender or appraiser sees — and the last thing anyone budgets for. Slide to see what a documented façade wash restores, without scaffolding, lifts or a blocked entrance.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can you work around business hours and tenants?

Yes. The cleaning plan sequences the property around occupancy — entries early or after hours, phased parking access, and safety zones marked before any work begins. The scheduled window is agreed in writing before we mobilize.

Do you handle multi-site portfolios?

Yes. Portfolios run on a consolidated service calendar with per-property documentation, PO and invoice workflow, and consolidated reporting suitable for budget review.

What insurance documentation do you provide?

Certificates of insurance are issued directly to your property or management company, together with a W-9 and vendor registration documents.
