Every surface, from the air.

Roofs, tile roofs, façades, glass and solar cleaned by pilot-supervised aircraft while a ground crew works the hardscape — no ladders, no lifts, no foot traffic on the surface. Every job documented.

No obligation. We review your property from existing aerial imagery before we call you back.

02 · What makes us different

Two crews. One property. One visit.

Most companies in this market are either a drone company or a pressure-washing company. That means two vendors, two site disruptions, two invoices and two different people to chase when something needs fixing.

WashGrid mobilizes once. The pilot-supervised aerial system works the roof, the upper façade and the glass you can't safely reach. At the same time, our ground crew works the entries, walkways, hardscape and everything better done from the ground. Your whole property gets finished in one scheduled window.

  • One mobilization — a single scheduled window instead of two vendor visits.
  • The right method per surface — tile, stucco, glass, metal and concrete each get the approach they need, not whatever the truck happens to carry.
  • Fewer people at height — elevated work is done from the ground wherever the method allows it.
  • One closeout package — a single report covering the full property, top to grade.

03 · Before & after

Drag the line. That's one visit.

Central Florida humidity turns roofs black with algae — and it comes back on a schedule. Slide to see what a single soft-wash pass removes on the three roofs Florida actually has. No ladders, no lifts, nobody walking your surface.

04 · How the work gets done

Five methods. Chosen per surface, not per truck.

Using the wrong method on the right surface is how exteriors get damaged. Our assessment picks the method before anyone starts working.

Soft washing

Low-pressure application that treats organic growth at the root instead of blasting it off the surface.

Roofs · stucco · siding

Pressure washing

Calibrated pressure for durable hard surfaces, run by ground crews with surface cleaners for even results.

Concrete · pavers · decks

Pure water

Filtered, deionized water that dries without spotting — no detergent film left on glass or panels.

Windows · façade glass · solar

Drone-assisted

Pilot-supervised aerial systems reach elevated surfaces without scaffolding, lifts or rope access.

High-access · roofs · upper façade

Sealing & coatings

Protective treatments applied to manufacturer specification after cleaning, to slow re-soiling.

Masonry · concrete · pavers

06 · The process

Four stages. Each one produces something you keep.

A cleaning company hands you a clean building. We hand you a clean building and the record that proves what was done.

STAGE 01

Assess

We review your property from existing aerial imagery, then walk the site. Surfaces, access constraints, heights, water and power, occupancy and risk all get recorded.

You keep: condition assessment
STAGE 02

Plan

A property-specific cleaning plan: method per surface, crew and equipment assignment, sequencing, safety zones, and the scheduled window that fits your operations.

You keep: written scope & quote
STAGE 03

Service

Aerial and ground crews work the property together. Pre-existing surface conditions are documented before anything starts, so nothing is disputed afterwards.

You keep: pre-job condition record
STAGE 04

Document

Before-and-after evidence by building and asset, a written service report, any recommended follow-up, and the next service date on your maintenance calendar.

WashGrid cleaned our roof, driveway, and front walkway in one visit. The crew explained the process beforehand and took extra care around our landscaping. Everything looked noticeably brighter when they finished.

Amanda R.
Residential Client

Our second-story windows had been difficult to keep clean. The team handled them safely from the ground and left the glass looking clear without streaks or residue.

Michael T.
Residential Client

We needed the building exterior cleaned without creating a major disruption for guests. The technicians worked around our busiest periods, maintained a professional work area, and delivered a strong result.

Daniel K.
Hotel General Manager

The difference in our tile roof was impressive. They removed years of buildup without using an overly aggressive process. Communication was also excellent from the estimate through completion.

Patricia M.
Residential Client

The cleaning itself was excellent and the crew treated the property professionally. Arrival was slightly later than the original window, but we received an update and the work was completed that day.

Lauren B.
Property Manager

Our driveway had several dark areas that regular pressure washing never fully removed. WashGrid gave it a much more even appearance and cleaned up carefully before leaving.

Kevin S.
Residential Client

The team followed our site-access requirements and coordinated the work around student activity. The walkways and exterior surfaces were cleaned efficiently, and the documentation was organized.

Denise H.
School Facilities Administrator

The exterior of our restaurant needed attention before an inspection and promotional photo shoot. WashGrid worked within our limited service window and had the entrance looking presentable before opening.

Marco V.
Restaurant Owner

From the first call, the process felt organized. The technician walked the property with us, identified the areas requiring soft washing, and explained what results we could realistically expect.

08 · Recurring property care

Exteriors don't stay clean. Plan for it.

In Central Florida, humidity, rain cycles, pollen and salt bring growth back on a predictable schedule. A recurring plan costs less per visit than repeated one-time restorations and keeps your maintenance record continuous.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does someone walk on my roof?

For most elevated work, no. The aerial system applies cleaning solution from above and our crew stays on the ground. Where a surface genuinely requires hands-on work, we say so in the plan before we start, and we document the roof's condition first. We won't tell you nobody ever touches a roof — we'll tell you what the plan for your roof actually is.

Why won't you just give me a price over the phone?

Because a price given before anyone looks at the property is a guess, and guesses get revised on site. Access, surface material, height, condition and occupancy all change what a job takes. We assess, then quote in writing, then hold that number. For straightforward residential work we may give an indicative range, clearly labelled as subject to assessment.

Is drone cleaning safe for tile roofs?

Tile needs a tile-specific method. The risk with tile isn't the delivery system — it's pressure and foot traffic. Barrel and flat tile crack under weight and improper cleaning can affect roofing warranties. We use low-pressure soft washing on tile and keep people off the surface wherever the method allows.

What documentation do I get?

A condition assessment before the work, a written property-specific scope and quote, a pre-job record of existing surface conditions, before-and-after evidence by building and asset, and a closeout service report with any recommended follow-up. Commercial and government clients also get consolidated portfolio reporting and exportable records.

Can you meet our vendor and insurance requirements?

Certificates of insurance are issued directly to your property or management company. We can supply a W-9, complete vendor registration, and provide a capability statement for procurement review. Prevailing wage, background check and NDAA requirements should be raised during the assessment so they're addressed in the proposal.

Are your cleaning products safe for landscaping and pets?

We disclose the products used on your property and the handling precautions for each, and we plan rinse and containment before work starts. We don't describe our products as chemical-free or eco-friendly, because those words mean different things to different regulators and we're not going to imply a certification we don't hold. Ask for the material disclosure and you'll get it.

How is aerial photography and video handled?

We require site authorization before capture, disable audio by default, avoid neighbouring private areas where possible, and define retention by job and contract. Media is stored with time-limited access. Nothing gets published without written client approval.

Do you work with HOA and management companies?

Yes. Board-ready proposals, service calendars across multiple properties, consolidated reporting, and documentation suitable for reserve planning and budget review. Recurring plans are the norm for community associations because growth returns on a predictable schedule in Central Florida.
